Remove the mop and check the filter wool at the bottom of water tank. If it is loose, it is recommended to gently pull on the filter wool to re-secure it

Recommend use pure water, rather than cleaning solution

(1) Fully charge the vacuum cleaner's battery.
(2) Check for blockages in the dustbin, filter, nozzle, or floor brush. Clean promptly and regularly replace filters as needed.
(3) Disassemble and reassemble the extension wand and floor brush.
(4) Securely fasten the dustbin's bottom cover.
(5) Test the vacuum's suction power again.

1.Check the vacuum cleaner charging hole for any uncleared debris and clean it, connect the adapter to charge.
2. Connect the vacuum cleaner to the charger to charge the product, use it after charging is completed.
3. Short press the on/off button to turn on the product, long press the on/off button will not turn on the product.
4. If the short press still can't turn on the machine, it means that this machine is a function failure machine.

Replace the dust container.

(1) Check the dust cup, filter cartridge, suction nozzle, floor brush at whether there is garbage clogging and clean up
(2) Clean and replace the cartridge.
(3) Leave the machine for 1 hour before charging the machine after just using it. Charge the machine fully before use.

Replace the brush head.

Clean the HEPA filter and dust container. lf it happens after fully charged, then it's normal.

1. Attach the water tank to the brush head.
2. Fully wet the mopping cloth and install it on the Velcro at the bottom of the water tank.
3. Open the water fill switch on the water tank, fill two-thirds of the water, open the water tank water button, and start mopping after 2 minutes.
