(1)Fully charge the dust mite remover (2)Check whether there is garbage blockage at the dust cup, filter element and roller brush, clean them in time, clean and replace the filter element on schedule (3)Remove the dust cup assembly, check whether the seal on the body connected with the dust cup is loose and deformed. (4)Check whether the dust cup assembly and roller brush are installed in place, and reassemble the product once more (5)Re-experience the suction power of the dust mite remover.

(1)Make sure the power outlet is normal (2)Check if there are any debris in the charging hole and remove it (3)Make sure the Type-C charging cable is fully functional, and suggest the customer to replace a Type-C charging cable for charging (4)If the machine has just been used, it is recommended to leave it for 1 hour before charging it again

1.Check whether there is any uncleaned debris in the charging hole of the mite remover and clean it up, connect the adapter for charging.
2.Connect the mite remover to the charger to charge the product, and use it after charging is completed.
3. Long press the switch button to turn on the product, short press the switch button can not turn on the product.
4. If the long press press still can't turn on the machine, it means that this machine is a function failure machine.

Reinstall the battery and charge it fully.

(1) Check the dust cup, filter cartridge, suction nozzle, floor brush at whether there is garbage clogging and clean up
(2) Clean and replace the cartridge.
(3) Leave the machine for 1 hour before charging the machine after just using it. Charge the machine fully before use.
